To scale efficiently, Gurobi needed to reimagine the employee journey-infusing AI into workflows to create more time for strategic work and less friction across teams. The goal wasn’t just automation, but experience-led enablement that empowered teams to do more with less.

We formed the AI Council as a journey-centered innovation hub, focusing on real-world friction points across business initiatives and audiences. Department-specific agents and automations were launched. Training, roadshows, and messaging were all designed to lift adoption.
